Education:· Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration/Information Systems degree
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experienceRequirements / Qualifications:
· Ensure all project specifications/requests are entered into Department Manager · Develop solutions for reqeuested projects and gather troubleshooting data· Graphically draw up solution or specifications, diagram each step in the process and include any documentation and supporting materials · Fill out written functional specifications & text describing all aspects of the requested project using the project specification template · Review to ensure technical specifications match functional specifications· Improve Department Manager entry request templates to reduce the number of small projects that have to go back to the user for review
· Help to define the projects Net Present Value of the project for the business

· Meet with IT Staff to determine time range for projects · Present project timelines setting priorities and scheduling · Schedule meetings during development to review progress and involve the user to be sure that the project is on track· Coordinator user testing to shore up any small details or obvious flaws· Ensure output meets functional specifications and that program changes were properly documented within the program· Implement new program into a staging environment to allow the users to test (UAT-User Acceptance test) · Coordinate with users to execute the needed scripts and follow standard testing procedures and planning · Perform regression testing to make sure other legacy programs were not affected by the change· If errors are found, provide detailed explanations back to the programmer, restart the testing process · Ensure any post-implementation issues are resolvedWork with team managers to ensure proper training and documentation is available for the users
