Responsibilities:· Bank reconciliations and employee attendance · Accounts payable and receivable · Payroll for 30 employees · New employee orientation · Coordination of healthcare benefits · Maintenance of 401(k) plan · Month-end accounting and reporting · Audit preparations · Various compliance related policies & procedures and reporting to the parent company on a monthly and quarterly basis. · The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field.· Intentions for future CPA studies are a plus.· Full benefits
