Job Responsibilities:

We prefer that employee candidates have previous work experience in the financial industry.

The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for the following:

- Follow-through on candidates? references.

-Conduct phone and in person interviews for job opportunities.

-Prospect Hedge Funds, Broker/Dealers, Banks, research firms, technology vendors, and all others within the Financial Industry.

-Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and employers to understand their needs.

-Attend industry conferences and job fairs.

-Must maintain exceptional attention to detail.

-Basic PC skills and Knowledge
